Toronto Average Rent Set to Rise in 2019

The national rental report courtesy of rentals.ca and Bullpen Research suggest that rent in Toronto for 2019 is set to increase 11%. This massive surge would bring the average monthly rent to $2600.00 for a two-bedroom apartment. The growing rent in Toronto has pushed many to live in the suburbs where housing is a little more affordable.
