Condominium Authority Tribunal (CAT)
The Condominium Authority Tribunal is the first fully online tribunal in Ontario. Since the inception of CAT, the Landlord and Tenant Board has gone fully online as well.

CAT's online dispute resolution system is set up to help resolve condominium-related disputes. The process is affordable and quick. Our firm has experience in representing applicants, respondents, and intervenors. While it is set up for ease, navigating the CAT can be tricky for parties. Our firm offers a one-stop shop for full representation at the tribunal.

The Condominium Authority Tribunal's jurisdiction is expanding. As of January 1, 2022 the jurisdiction will include the ability to make orders including:
-
Disputes over pets, noise, odours, light, vibrations, smoke, and vapours; and
-
Disputes over condominium corporation's governing documents (including declarations, by-laws, and rules).
Book a free, no-risk consultation to discuss representation at the CAT at our Richmond Hill paralegal offices. We now offer virtual consultations as well, contact us for more details.
