Toronto Apartment Prices Dropping

While we are still very early in 2022, Toronto apartment prices have already dipped. The average rental price in Toronto, for a one-bedroom, is down to $1,678.00 from $1,766.00 in December 2021.

While downtown Toronto has shown a decrease, other areas are showing increases (York Region).

The rental market seems to again be a yo-yo and renters should be watching market trends if they intend on signing new leases.
