Stacked Containers Becoming Popular with Tenants

An interesting development is occurring in Landlord and Tenant matters. The City of Barrie has a new six-unit affordable housing project made up of shipping containers. The stacked units can add on top of existing units. The units are 320 square feet and can house individuals/couples find affordable living.
