Property Tax Rates Set to Increase in Toronto

Toronto is set to see an increase to their property tax, to a total increase of 4.4%. This includes an increase of 2.9% property tax and 1.5% to the city building fund. On average, each Toronto household should expect just to pay just under $150.00/year more than last year.
