Is Tarion Failing Homeowners?

Ontario's auditor general, Bonnie Lysyk, has delivered a report indicating that Tarion is letting down homeowners. Specifically, while trying to cut their costs, they are neglecting the duties they have been assigned in protecting homeowners.
