Following Through with the Deal

The Court of Appeal has released a decision, Lumsden et al v. The Toronto Police Services Board et al., that speaks of the need to follow through with a settlement once reached. Once the terms of a settlement are reached, there is no turning back. It is imperative to understand all aspects of a deal before you agree to their terms.
