Canadian Real Estate Market Set to Rebound?

Despite three years of relative stagnation, the Canadian Real Estate Association is predicting a rebound in 2021 for Canadian real estate.

A forecast from Royal Lepage stated that they expect the Vancouver area to see a rise of over 9%. Nationally they expect a rise of 5.5% in 2021.
