Average One-Bedroom Rent in Toronto Drops 20% in 2020

The COVID-19 pandemic has turned the tenancy world upside-down. With rents previously going sky-high, a change in dynamics has occurred. The average one-bedroom rent in Toronto has dropped 20%.
