Free Month of Rent for New Tenants?
Landlords in the Metro Vancouver area are taking it to an extreme when looking for new, qualified tenants. Landlords have begun to offer one free month's worth of rent to anyone that is eligible. Historically there have been increasing rental prices mixed with low vacancy rates. That seems to be changing up, the Landlords are getting desperate for good tenants.
