LPF Case Law Series: Part 8 on Home Inspections


Home inspectors often include a waiver or limited liability provision in their contracts in case of error or omission. There are however ways around these contracts, as evidenced in 2013 when a judge ordered payment of just under $20,000.00 due to a home inspector's shortcoming in a real estate transaction.
