Shortage of LTB Adjudicators Hits Mainstream Media

The shortage of LTB adjudicators, and the delays at the Board, have made its way to the mainstream media. Both the Toronto Star (click here) and Globe and Mail (click here) have published articles highlighting the problems that exist. Hearings have been delayed, sometimes being scheduled as long as three (3) months after filing applications.
