Ontario set to put 15% "foreign buyer tax" on house purchases, expand rent control

The Ontario government is set to roll out a tax for all non-residents who purchase houses. This plan is meant to cool the red-hot Ontario housing market. In addition, the government plans on expanding rent control laws.
