When has it gone too far? - Condominium Edition

Recently the CBC covered an action brought by a Condo Corp. against one of their unit owners regarding minor infractions such as: 1) having seven chairs on her patio when she was only allowed six 2) having two flower pots that exceeded the dimensions set out in the Condo Act 3) using solar lights.
