12-14% of Homeowners in Major Canadian Cities Own Multiple Properties

In an interesting bit of research, it was found that in three (3) major Canadian cities, many homeowners have multiple properties to their names. In Vancouver, 14% of homeowners have multiple houses. In the Greater Toronto Area the number drops to 13%, and in the Greater Montreal Area the number is 12%.
