Ontario Cancels Small Claims Court and LTB Due to COVID-19

On Friday, March 13, 2020 the Ontario Superior Court of Justice sent out a tweet indicating that effective March 16, 2020 the Small Claims Court will be cancelling all sitting until further notice. The filing offices will remain open for the time being, subject to change.

In addition, the Landlord and Tenant Board issued the following notice on their website:
