TCHC has $12.9m in rent arrears backlog

The Toronto Sun has revealed that Toronto Community Housing Corporation is dealing with $12.9m in rent arrears owing from its tenants. This backlog has about $5.6m in payment arrangements, but the rest is still up in the air. The majority of the balances are small, under $1000.00. To read more, click here.
