Seniors Carry the Highest Mortgage Default Rates
The Toronto Star has posted an interesting article about defaulting on mortgages across Canada. The research indicates that seniors, who could more prone to be in over their heads on a mortgage, are most likely to carry debt later on in life. As a result, they are the most prone to mortgage default.
