Toronto Community Housing Facing Repair Backlog

The Toronto Community Housing is facing a large amount of repair backlog which are affecting tenants. The Province has come out and said they will not be handing the City a "blank cheque" to handle the backlog. Before any more money is given the Province wants to see the City's plan to reconfigure the housing agency.
