Rules of Small Claims Court - learn to love them
All too often we encounter legal representatives (including both lawyers and paralegals) that do not follow the Rules of Small Claims Court. While this may be expected of unrepresented opposition, the duty for a competent legal representative is to read these rules, learn them, understand them, and eventually love them.
